Dynamic live imaging of LFA-1 distribution on migrating BAF cells. BAF cells expressing human LFA-1 WT LFA-1/cutinase (W4) were incubated with 1 mM pNPP-Alexa488 at room temperature (RT) for 20 min. Cells were then allowed to settle on glass slides kept at 37°C and coated with human ICAM-1 and SDF-1. Differential interference contrast images (DIC, Upper) and green fluorescence (pNPP-Alexa, Lower) signals were acquired every 15 s for 12.5 min and are shown at 10 frames per second (timelapse, 150x).

Another example of dynamic live imaging of LFA-1 distribution on migrating BAF cells. BAF cells expressing human LFA-1/cutinase (W4) were incubated with 1 mM pNPP-Alexa488 at RT for 20 min. Cells were then allowed to settle on glass slides kept at 37°C and coated with human ICAM-1 and SDF-1. Green fluorescence signals were recorded every 15 s for 13 min and are shown at 20 frames per second (timelapse, 300x).
