Yoshi Morishita joined the Shimaoka lab in 2007 as a
postdoctral fellow. His research focuses on the
therapeutic manipulation of leukocyte functions in
vivo. Dr. Morishita's long-term goal is to develop
effective anti-inflammatory treatment. He trained in
internal medicine with a sub-speciality in nephrology.
He is an awardee of the 2007 Uehara Memorial
Foundation's fellowship.
